House-Museum V.I. Chapaev

The Museum of V. I. Chapaev, the legendary commander of the Red Army during the Civil War, was created thanks to the initiative of fellow countrymen Chapaev and military friends of the commander. The place for the museum was searched for a short time and chose a small wooden house preserved in the city of Balakovo, where in 1919-1922 the parents of V. I. Chapaev lived, and where the childhood and youth of the famous commander passed. The Memorial Museum is dedicated to the peaceful period of life of the famous Nacdiv and his formation as a person.
