Temple in the Name of the Holy Blessed Grand Duke Alexander Nevsky

The temple in the name of the Holy Blessed Grand Duke Alexander Nevsky in Baltiysk was originally founded in honor of the holy warrior F. Ushakov. Later, it was proposed to rename the temple in honor of the Grand Duke A. Nevsky in memory of the saint.

Construction began thirteen years ago. A year later, the temple was consecrated by His Holiness the Patriarch himself. The temple stands majestically on a hill. On the south side near the temple there is a beautiful bell tower. And in the ground floor of the temple itself there is a cultural and educational department at the Patriarchal Compound.

The temple is located in the city of Baltiysk on Lenin Avenue, 61.
