About the company:
The museum was founded in 1970. For many years on a voluntary basis it was headed by S.K. Moroz and N.A. Shkurov. In 1982, it was decided to open a municipal museum in Aleisk.
The main sections of the museum exposition are: “Nature of the Aley district”, “Archaeological past of the district”, “Socio-economic and cultural development of Aleisk from the moment of its emergence to the present”, “Peasant life”, “I believe”, “Alaysk in a close-knit family of peoples”, “Mountain of gems”, “Mongolia is a lunar state”. There's a showroom.
