MBUK “Charysh District Museum of Local Lore”

Date of foundation of the museum - 1984 The museum is located in the building-monument of architecture of the XIX century. The most interesting exhibits of the museum: an archaeological collection, rare books, a collection of towels of the XIX – XX centuries, icons, samovars. Sections of the museum exposition: “Ancient History of the District”, “History of the Civil War”, “Peasant Life (including Cossacks)”, “District during the Great Patriotic War”, “Nature of the District”.
