MBUK "Picture Gallery named after V.V. Tikhonov"

The gallery was founded in 1989. Since 2001, it has been named after Vladislav Vladimirovich Tikhonov, the oldest artist and honorary citizen of the city of Rubtsovsk. It consists of 4 exhibition halls, an art salon, an art studio and premises for funds. The collection includes works by artists from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Baku, Tomsk, Novosibirsk and other Russian cities. Most of the collection consists of works by Altai artists: F. Filonov, P. Panarin, S. Chernov, F. Torkhov, V. Tikhonov, A. Friesen, works of modern masters. A collection of works by scartsovo artists is being formed, a fund of children's creativity is being completed. The gallery is the cultural center of the city of Rubtsovsk.
