MBUK "Ust-Kalmansky District Museum of Local Lore"

The museum was founded in 1975. Funds of the museum: a collection of traditional peasant clothes and utensils, women's needlework and other household items. Of great interest is the collection on the history of the Great Patriotic War, which includes original documents, photographs, documents and materials on the history of the oil refinery, a collection of cameras and photo accessories of the twentieth century. The exposition is located as follows: “History of the Ust-Kalmansky district from the moment of settlement to the present”, “Peasant hut”, “Hall of Military Glory”, “Nature of the district”. On the basis of the district museum, the local history association “Memory” works.
