The complex is built in a pine forest at the confluence of the Nezhegol and Seversky Donets rivers. Here visitors will be offered everything necessary for a comfortable rest. You can ride bicycles, rollers (and in winter - on tubings, skis or skates), play football, volleyball or badminton, and children will gladly frolic on a specially equipped area. On the territory of the complex there is a cozy beach. There are arbors for rent, equipped with barbecues, water and electricity. Here you can also rent a cafe or banquet hall for holidays.

Fans of relaxing rest will be pleased with the health center "Sun", working on the basis of the complex. For guests, wellness programs of various orientations have been developed, there are a spa, saunas and baths.
