Birsk Historical Museum

For the first time in Birsk was created a museum of the local region in 1926, which existed until 1932. It was re-established in 1963 and operated intermittently as a public institution. Since October 1, 1990, it has officially become a city. With 1.01.91 included in the state network of museums of Bashkiria. The museum reflects the history, life, culture of one of the first cities of Bashkiria. The exhibits collected in the museum recreate the peculiarities of the way of life of the provincial city.
