Karl Marx Square in the city of Bryansk

Karl Marx Square is located in an elevated part of the historical center of the city, at the intersection of Gagarin Boulevard and the street. Cl. Marx.

The central part of the square is occupied by the Round Square. In official documents, the square, by the name of the square, is often also called “Karl Marx Square”. The square is separated from the square by a low parapet decorated with granite. The diameter of the Round Square is about 100 m.

In the center, one of the first fountains in the city was built, which was repeatedly reconstructed, but at all times retained a round shape (modern diameter - about 20 m) and decoration with natural stone. There are shopping kiosks around the fountain.
