The beauty of the mountain village - the village of Akhty

We invite you to one of the oldest villages of South Dagestan with its unique thousand-year history.

When visiting the village of Akhty, it is impossible not to notice the elegant rotunda "Sharvili" on the top of the mountain. From the historical quarter of the ancient village to the rotunda leads a staircase of 222 steps.

The Giorsa and Debernardi Bridge is a famous two-arched bridge built by English and Belgian engineers on an Italian project ("Italian Bridge"). It is said that there are only two such bridges in the world built by them: one in Akht and the other somewhere in Europe.
