New route Moussa-Achitar Lakes

The route is interesting, but for physically trained tourists.

The lakes are located on the northern slope of the Moussa-Achitar ridge. During the survey of Dombai from above from a height of 3000 meters you can see one of the lakes. The route was officially opened in 2022.

Start from the monument to the "Avenger" in the glade of the two-way. At the beginning, the trail passes through the pine forest, the rise of medium steepness. After about an hour there is a bench for rest, and after another 45 minutes on the fourth kilometer a large clearing at an altitude of 2000 meters above sea level. On it to the lake to go without climbing flat. It takes 2.5 hours to reach Lake 1. From him to the second lake, you need to walk along the stones in the direction opposite to the Moussa-Achitar ridge, the path is not visible. Further along the field towards Trout Lake. After passing two dried swamps, turn into the forest and walk along the path, in places down. The journey from the first lake to the second one will take about an hour.

The length is 5 km to the first lake Kök-Köl, about 8-9 km to the second, the third nearby lies on the slope.
