"Dyatkovo crystal museum"

The history of the museum is inextricably linked with the Dyatkovo crystal factory, built in 1790 by well-known Russian industrialists and philanthropists Maltsov.

To date, the museum collection has more than 12,000 exhibits, which are housed in a beautiful two-storey building with an exhibition area of 1,800 square meters. The museum collection includes: unique items of decorative decoration of interiors, gifts to famous people, products made of crystal, colored and colorless glass of various methods of development and decor of the XIX-XXI centuries, as well as the largest collection of author’s works of artists of the Soviet period in Russia.

The museum has a unique form of display. The exposition of the 2nd floor is placed on open catwalks, the exhibits have a circular view, there are no barriers between them and the viewer.

The Dyatkovo Crystal Museum is the only museum that provides an opportunity to visit the Dyatkovo Crystal Plant and see all stages of production of crystal products.

You can also visit the temple-monument in honor of the icon of the Mother of God “Incinerable Kupin” with the only crystal iconostasis in the world.
