UGTU-UP Museum

Museum UGTU-UPI Yekaterinburg is based on the Ural Federal University and is located in its main building, to be more precise in the former gymnasium.

The museum contains valuable documents that tell about the history of the establishment and development of the university. Today, the museum has more than ten thousand copies. On the expositions of the museum you can see what periods of formation of the university took place in different years, starting with wartime and ending with modernity.

Here are real photos, original documents, as well as personal belongings of the rectors, for whom the university was more than just a job. In addition to the documentary and official collection, the museum offers numismatic exhibits and paintings by local artists.
