About the company:
The Museum of History of the Ural State Pedagogical University in Yekaterinburg was created with the participation of the teaching staff, the rectorate, as well as former students. Currently, the museum stores and presents at exhibitions a huge number of documents, materials, video and photo materials, telling about the formation of the university.
Today the museum collection consists of more than a thousand exhibits. In addition to documentation, there are rare items: a radio receiver of the middle of the last century, a phonograph, pioneering attributes.
The collection is constantly updated. Also here you can see the work of veterans of the Institute and graduates of different years.
In addition to the permanent exhibitions, temporary exhibitions are held that coincide with significant events in the life of the university. Excursions are held for students, schoolchildren, teachers and applicants. All this contributes to drawing attention to the work of USPU.
On the basis of the university, a student search group has been created, which is engaged in replenishing the museum fund.
