About the company:

In the Museum "History of the village of Kalya" there are several expositions.

“The life of a miner of the 50-60s of the XX century” represents furniture and household items used by people who lived and live to this day in the village of Kalya.

The exposition “Dedicated to the Great Patriotic War...” tells about the legendary intelligence officer Nikolai Ivanovich Kuznetsov, about the history of the guerrilla movement during the war. Here you can see front-line photos of countrymen - defenders of the country from German invaders.

One of the sections of the exposition is dedicated to prisoners of concentration camps, including residents of the village, who suffered all the horrors of fascism. Thanks to extensive correspondence with former prisoners of concentration camps, the materials reflected in the section “Victims of fascism” were collected.

The historical hall of the department tells about the history of the region, the village of Petropavlovsky, the village of Kalya, as well as about the fate of the people who built the settlements, the city and the DUBR. The working dynasties of the village of Kalya, famous people, famous countrymen, participants and those who died in local wars in Afghanistan and Chechnya are presented.
