Marina Tsvetaeva Square
Description:
Marina Tsvetaeva Square is located in Elabuga, where the poetess lived the last years of her life.
The square is open in the year of the 110th anniversary of the birth of Tsvetaeva. On Tsvetaeva Memorial Square there is a bronze bust of the poetess on a granite pedestal. Many Russian and foreign guests attended the opening, including Tsvetaeva’s granddaughter niece.
The square is located next to the memorial complex dedicated to Marina Tsvetaeva, consisting of the poetess’ house-museum, library and cemetery where Tsvetaeva is buried.
