The estate house of N.A.Durova is dedicated to the legendary female officer Nadezhda Durova, then a writer.
The museum was opened in 1993, in the house where Durov lived for more than thirty years. The estate, benches, lanterns and arbor are preserved in a style that conveys the atmosphere of the XIX century.
The museum presents an exposition dedicated to the life history of Nadezhda Durova, including childhood, military service, exploits on the battlefields of the Napoleonic wars, creativity and life in Elabuga. The estate is an object of cultural heritage of federal significance.
