The estate museum is located in the memorial house, where the heroine of the Patriotic War of 1812 lived the last years of her life. The museum is unique. The exhibition tells about the whole life of N.Durova. The museum presents corners of the interior of the early and mid-nineteenth century, military costumes of regiments in which N. Durov served, samples of weapons during the war of 1812. Of particular interest is the correspondence of N.Durova with A.S.Pushkin, lifetime editions of the work of N.Durova, archival materials. |
