Natural Park of the Republic of Kalmykia in Elista

Natural Park of the Republic of Kalmykia was established in 1995. It occupies a small section of the Volga-Akhtuba floodplain. Its area is about 40 square kilometers. It stretches along the coast of the Volga for eight kilometers.
