Monument to Chernobyl

In the city of Engels, opposite the DK "Friendship" is an interesting monument. A little mound. The black arm that comes out of it is located above the reactor button. On April 26, 2008, on the 22nd anniversary of the Chernobyl tragedy, the grand opening of the new monument took place. The monument was dedicated to Chernobyl, selfless and heroic liquidators of the consequences of that terrible catastrophe.
