We're renting out our own place. Our house is located in the center of Feodosia, in a quiet private area, where music at night does not interfere with rest. White Pool District, Naval Lane, 7. To the beach (sandy and pebble) and the Embankment, where all entertainment facilities are located - 15 minutes walk. Near the house there are two food stores, to the nearest - 1 minute on foot, to the next - 2 minutes. Within a radius of 5-10 minutes walk from us, there are: 2 small markets where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables; 2 inexpensive canteens, pharmacy, bank, White Acacia deli, where you can buy very tasty pastries and a variety of prepared food; bus stop. The Green Museum and the Aivazovsky Art Gallery are 15 minutes walk away.

In total, in this yard there are 5 separate houses intended for accommodation only for visiting guests, there are no local neighbors in the yard. The courtyard is very large and cozy. All 5 houses are for rent. We are now offering you one of them.

For rent a two-room house with a gazebo for 3-5 people. The rooms are separate. In one room there are: double bed, chair-bed, wardrobe, two bedside tables, hold, TV with cable TV, air conditioning-window. In the second room there are: two single beds, two bedside tables, closet, mirror, fan, TV with cable TV. Internet Wi-Fi area all over the house. Toilet and shower, cold and hot water around the clock, as in this yard there are spare containers for one ton of water, which greatly facilitates rest. The laundry service is provided free of charge. The kitchen is in the gazebo, with all the necessary dishes for cooking and eating + table and chairs. This kitchen belongs only to this house.

In the yard there is a stationary barbecue, a fountain where a turtle lives, a garage for 2 cars and near the house there is our own parking for 5 cars under video surveillance. The cost of the house depends on the month of rest: from 1000 rubles to 2800 rubles per day.
