Guest yard at the beaches "Pearl and Bounty" in the city of Feodosia

We have all the rooms with amenities in the room, with refrigerators, TV, air conditioning, irons, electric kettles. They differ only in area and decoration. There are rooms with and without balconies. Each room has its own table.

The guest house is located approximately 500 meters from the nearest beach (5-6 minutes walk in a straight line). Look at the photo in the attachment. The beaches are well equipped, sandy. Pearl and Bounty! These are without a doubt the best beaches in the city.

Within a 5-minute walk from the guest house are:
- Bus station;
- railway station "Aivazovskaya";
- Crystal City Stadium;
- sandy beach "Pearl" ("Bounty");
- shops, round-the-clock pharmacy
- dining room, cafe, restaurants

In every room:
- air conditioning;
- necessary comfortable furniture;
- TV, refrigerator, kettle, iron;
- bathroom (toilet, shower, sink);
- hot and cold water - constantly (there is a reserve supply of water, in case of disconnection);

On the 1st floor there are two kitchens, fully equipped with appliances and dishes; next to the gazebo-dining room;

Please note that if the guest does not check in, the pledge is not refundable. Also, in case of a significant change in the dates of residence from the originally agreed, the guest house has the right to withhold a fine in the amount of the cost of 1 day of stay.
