Separate three-bedroom house

We rent our own three-room detached house with its own closed yard and garage, without owners. Our house is located in the central part of the city of Feodosia, in a quiet private area, where music at night does not interfere with rest. White pool, Lysogorny lane, house 4. To the beach (sandy and pebble) and the Embankment, where all entertainment venues are located - 15-20 minutes walk. Near the house there are two grocery stores, to the nearest - 1 minute walk, to the next - 2 minutes. Within a radius of 5-10 minutes walk from us, there are: 2 small markets where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables; 2 inexpensive canteens, pharmacy, bank, White Acacia deli, where you can buy very tasty pastries and a variety of prepared food; bus stop. The Green Museum and the Aivazovsky Art Gallery are 15 minutes walk away.

The house has 3 rooms: two separate and one entrance. In the first separate room there are: double bed, wardrobe, hanging shelf, bedside table, TV with cable TV, air conditioning (split system). In the second separate room there are: a double bed and a sofa bed, a shelf with a mirror, a closet, a TV with a cable TV, air conditioning (split system), which is enough for a third room. In the third, passage room there are: two single beds, a chair, a wardrobe with a mirror, a hanging shelf and a small bedside table. Internet Wi-Fi area throughout the house. Toilet and shower in the house, washing machine, cold and hot water around the clock, as in this house there are spare containers for one ton of water, which greatly facilitates rest. The kitchen has all the necessary dishes for cooking and eating + table and chairs, microwave.

In the yard there is a gazebo in which there is a stationary grille, two tables and chairs, a garage for one car. The second car can be placed on the street near the gate of the house. There is also a second toilet in the yard. The cost of the house depends on the month of rest: from 2000 rubles to 5000 rubles per day.
