We invite you to visit our cozy courtyard near the sea and promenade.
Located in a quiet green private sector near the city center, district of "Ukraine".

There are excellent sandy and pebble beaches, on foot 7-10 minutes, shopping arcades, shops, good dining rooms, cafes. To the market 12 minutes, to Komsomolsky Park 10 minutes. Near the rest of public transport, convenient transport interchange.

It's hard to imagine a better place.
In the morning and afternoon, swim on our wonderful beaches, they are close to them. In the heat, relax in a shady courtyard. And in the evening you walk along the beautiful embankment of Feodosia, where there is a lot of entertainment - and you are already home! (and do not go anywhere, call a taxi at the late hour).

And the main thing is unusually cozy rooms with good furniture, TV, fans, refrigerators in or near the room and quite inexpensive:

It is also possible to rent a full floor in a guest house with a separate entrance. This is an excellent option for a large company (8-12 people). On floor 4 separate rooms, a hall with refrigerators, two bathrooms. The cost of renting the entire floor is 3000-5200 rubles / day. The heating system is provided, a round year is given!!! Also on the territory there is a separate 2-room room with its own kitchen and bathroom. It’s like an apartment, but with a nice yard. Designed for 4-5 people. The cost of 1500-2600 rubles / day for the entire apartment.
