Gelendzhik Embankment

One of the favorite and popular places in Gelendzhik among tourists is the embankment.

The embankment of this southern city stretches from the Tolstoy Cape to the Thin Cape: its length is 14 km, and the only competitor in this dimension is Dubai’s Jumeirah Corniche embankment.

This place unites almost all the main streets of Gelendzhik. Also, everyone will find ways to spend time usefully: lovers of various entertainments will take up a visit to the water park, shopping centers, cinemas, restaurants and other institutions; those who are interested in historical and not only facts will be able to honor the memory of the heroes of the Great Patriotic War, other monuments and architectural structures; arrange a pedestrian promenade or on transport, for example, by bicycle, especially since a path for cyclists is located from Grinchenko Street to Tolstoy Cape.

The view of the embankment is very spectacular: the paving stones of a light shade, parapets, fences and even lanterns are all white, in connection with which the locals call it Snow White.

No matter where you are in Gelendzhik, you can easily reach this central street, especially by public transport.
