Grateful Gelendzhik

Restaurant "Grateful Gelendzhik" opened its doors to guests in July 2009. Visiting it, you can try Russian cuisine according to restored ancient recipes. The exterior of the restaurant is made in the form of an old steamer. At the entrance you will be met by the captain who became the legend of Gelendzhik. In the hall on the lower deck, the decoration is designed in the style of the 19th century, and every detail reminds of this: ancient photos of Gelendzhik hung on the walls, a white piano, candelabras, a library, caskets, compositions from dough, jars of jam and much more. The room is designed for 50 people. Stained glass windows offer views of the bay, and soft lighting creates a romantic mood. Guests are offered a menu in the form of a gastronomic messenger, which includes dishes of Russian cuisine according to restored ancient recipes, illustrations and funny stories of those times. When choosing dishes, friendly waiters will professionally offer drinks that are most suitable for them and, of course, fresh pastries. The map of the bar presents wines from different regions, a wide selection of strong alcoholic beverages and cigars, author's cocktails. It’s the perfect place for romantic dates, family gatherings, and just for a morning coffee and dessert. Especially since our pastry is famous for its pastries, cakes and cakes. Every Monday and Tuesday you will be enveloped in the sounds of the piano, and on the other days the jazz trio will revive the love of real “live” instrumental music (from 20.00 to 23.00). In the summer, we invite you to the upper deck, designed for 80 people. You will have a stunning view of the bay, and the city will give the full breadth of its soul.
