About the company:
The Museum of Goodness was solemnly opened in 2011 in the house of merchant Plekhanov, a famous steamship owner and baker. Richly decorated outside and inside the building was built in 1906, and in 2010 a treasure was discovered within its walls, part of which is now on display in the museum.
The exposition is represented by household items of urban residents of the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The museum was founded by a private collector and honorary town dweller Nikolai Polyakov. The name of the institution is meaningful: “good” is both good deeds and wealth.
In the front hall you can see copper dishes - samples of ancient Russian utensils: endovs, brothers, charms, jugs, all kinds of vessels. "Winter" hall will introduce the attributes of the legendary Russian furnace: cast-iron stove doors, flaps, grips, coppers. The museum also has a large exhibition of various types of castles.
