A charming polish

Restaurant and hotel complex "Charming glade" is an ecologically clean place in the valley of the Psekups River, surrounded by the wooded mountains of the Goryacheleusky Reserve, going towards the Black Sea. Here the exuberant nature coexists with the comfort of the European level.

The total area of the “Charming glade” is 11 hectares.

The building has an area of 1500 sq.m. there are: a German brewery; 5 oak beer baths with aerial massage; a restaurant for 200 seats; a hotel of 9 rooms, 2 saunas, one of which is with a swimming pool and a geyser.

And around - white in winter and green at other times of the year - forest clearings. They are located: 35 reed gazebos with grills, oak tables and shops; a greenhouse with vegetables and greens for the restaurant; an apiary, a chicken coop and a goat with a red Kuzei - a favorite of children. And a pond with drunken carp. They are fed with malt left over from brewing beer.

And also - overgrown with trees stream, river bank, springs and three waterfalls.

Here, clean mountain air, soft, pure spring water flows from each tap in the hotel, sauna, pool, restaurant kitchen. From the same spring water, we brew three varieties (dark, light and “cut”) of unfiltered unpasteurized branded beer “Starozamkovskoe”.
