Of course, there is no ideal society and people and there will always be risks, because they say that “once in a hundred years, an unloaded gun fires”, but in the Chechen Republic these risks are minimal.

The low level of crime is also evidenced by the fact that things lost due to distraction by a person in Chechen society are not taken away, but are looking for their owner to return. In social networks, they ask to distribute an ad indicating the find and leave their contact phone number, and when this ad reaches the recipient, he contacts the phone to pick up his missing thing.

There is a truth and a peculiarity in our society – it is a large number of representatives of law enforcement agencies, which can be found both in the city center, on the roads and at key cultural sites. Some guests might be confused. However, opinions in this case are divided. Some believe that it is dangerous to be among a large number of armed people, even law enforcement officers, while others say that in the midst of such a large number of representatives of the Interior Ministry, they feel safer than anywhere else. But their presence is due to the fact that after the end of the warrior, a large staff of representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs was necessary, and today, in order not to reduce it, the security forces give various tasks. In general, we can say that they are also one of the measures to ensure law and order in the territory of the Chechen Republic.
