Chechen weekend

I invite you to a fascinating trip to Chechnya.

If you are still afraid to go to Chechnya, then cast aside all your doubts and boldly go on a trip with me!

I'll prove to you that all the rumors about this republic are nothing more than stereotypes!

In fact, these are the safest regions in Russia. And also one of the most beautiful. The Chechen Republic combines cultural and natural attractions, which I will gladly show you!

You will find a very busy route and breathtaking locations. You will want to return to Chechnya again and again.

 

Day 1

Arrival, meeting at the airport.

Transfer to the hotel.

Today we will spend in a car that attracts the eyes. HUMMER will be waiting for you and a very busy day!

We will start with a walking tour of Grozny, during which we will get acquainted with the history and architecture of the city.

I will tell you about the traditions and culture of its inhabitants, as well as about what modern Grozny lives and what facilities are planned to be built in the city in the near future!

We will visit the main mosque of Grozny - "Heart of Chechnya", which is a symbol not only of the city, but also of the whole republic. We will climb to the observation deck in the famous high-rise complex "Grozny City", which will open a panoramic view of the whole city (as in the palm of your hand), and also go to the memorial complex of glory named after A.A. Kadyrov.

Walk through the picturesque park of flowers, the beauty of which attracts many residents and guests of the republic every day. And the main pedestrian boulevard of the city - "Grozny Arbat", bearing the name of People's Artist of the USSR M.A. Esambayev.

We will visit the square of journalists, which does not accidentally have such a name.

And the Orthodox Church of Michael the Archangel.

We will have lunch in a restaurant that serves all dishes of national cuisine!

Then we will go to the main stadium of the city, which is home to the football club "Akhmat". Here you will have an exclusive tour with a visit to all the main rooms of the stadium.

At the end of the tour, we will climb to the equally popular observation deck in Grozny “Stairway to Heaven” to look at the city from a different angle. It’s no coincidence that it’s called that, once you’re here, you’ll immediately understand why.

We will have dinner on the famous kebabs street, I will show you where the most delicious kebabs are prepared!

In all mosques, we must go inside.

 

Day 2

Wake up, good breakfast.

Today you will travel to the mountains.

It is no coincidence that the Argun Gorge is one of the mandatory places to visit in the Chechen Republic.

In a situation of incessant attacks and attempts to conquer the Chechens, this place was of key importance in the preservation of the people.

I will introduce you to the history of the gorge in different periods of our time. We will admire the architecture of mountainous Chechnya, and also look at the modern life of Chechen villages.

You will be able to see the unique petroglyphs that have survived to this day, get acquainted with the life of the Chechen people and see: dishes, clothes, utensils and weapons, whose age dates back centuries.

During our journey, we will climb the battle tower, presenting ourselves as Chechen soldiers and appreciating the monumentality of this building. As a reward for the difficult climb, you will have a panoramic view of the mountainous surroundings.

Then we will visit the castle complex and see what was the arrangement of the Chechen house in the Middle Ages.

Take a walk to the most famous waterfalls in the country. Enjoy the beauty of this place and the surrounding nature. We will admire the famous Ushkaloi Twin Towers - one of the symbols of Chechnya.

And also visit the necropolis of Tsoi Pede, as close as possible to the border with Georgia. The place is really unique. Ancient crypts still contain the remains of people who inhabited these lands many centuries ago. And the “city of the dead” itself harbors many mysteries and awakens genuine curiosity.

Throughout the route, we will make stops to admire the nature of Chechnya and, of course, take wonderful photos as a souvenir.

We will eat at a restaurant located in the rock.

For dinner we will go to the restaurant located on the 32nd floor, which offers a panoramic view of the city.

 

Day 3

Wake up, breakfast.

We will visit the pearl of the Caucasus - Lake Kazenoy-Am. This is the largest alpine lake in the North Caucasus, shrouded in legends and secrets.

It is located in the belt of subalpine meadows. A real Chechen Switzerland!

The beauty of the surrounding nature and the lake itself is fascinating.

Our way will pass through the picturesque mountain serpentine. Be sure to make a few stops so you can enjoy the mountain scenery and take beautiful photos (I’ll show you where the most exciting shots come from!).

We will have lunch at the restaurant-museum on the lake. In it, by the way, perfectly prepare dishes of traditional Vainakh cuisine!

In the warm season, you can zipline over the lake, which is one of the longest in Europe, as well as swim by boat or catamaran in the crystal blue water of Kazenoy-am or ride horses along the shore of the lake. We will make a stop at the swing, which offers a panoramic view of the Cheberloevsky gorge.

In addition, we will visit Argun - the fourth most populous city in the republic. Here we are waiting for the mosque "Mother's Heart", made in the ultra-modern style - high-tech. All guests of the republic celebrate the uniqueness of its architecture. Believe me, this is the first time you will see the style of the mosque!

After enjoying Argun, we go to Shali, where the largest mosque in Europe is located - the Pride of Muslims. It amazes with its beauty both outside and inside.

Walk through the ethnographic museum of Shira-Yurt, which is a reconstruction of the village, accurately reflecting the life of Chechens who lived in the plain territories and the ancient high mountain village of Khoi, which will help us to get acquainted with the life of Chechens who lived in the mountainous regions of Chechnya. The village offers a beautiful panorama of the mountainous surroundings, and from the battle tower, which we will climb, the view will be even more exciting.

We will also visit the spring “Maiden Spit”, about the legend of the origin of which I will tell you and the homeland of the legendary abrek Zelimkhan Kharachoyevsky.

In addition to our busy route, you will find a museum of Soviet cars in the open air.

Back to Grozny!
