It is located at the very beginning of the embankment in the alley.
Our alley is fenced with a forged fence. The first building was built in 2000. The last reconstruction was made in the spring of 2014. Only 8 apartments. It consists of two buildings. Distance to the market, cafes, restaurants, shops, etc.
The first building is a three-storey cottage (a white brick house in the background), on each floor of which there is one apartment. Number 1 is on the first floor, number 2 is on the second, number 3 is on the third. In each room of this cottage there is a balcony that overlooks the park of the sanatorium “Gurzufsky”.
The second building is a two-storey house, on the ground floor of which there are rooms - 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. These rooms without balconies, the windows of these rooms overlook our alley.
All rooms have all amenities: air conditioning, shower, toilet, hot water (round the clock), TV, wi-fi, separate kitchens (with a set of necessary dishes, refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave oven, electric oven), iron, ironing board, etc. Since the embankment is closed to road passage, and is a pedestrian zone (usually from June 1 to October 1), the car must be parked. It is 400 metres from the hotel.
Wi-Fi throughout the hotel is free.
