"City on Three Hills"

Every city has streets where its history begins. Here and our tour will pass through such streets in the historical part of Khabarovsk, located on three hills. The tour will acquaint you with the history of the emergence of the first military post on the banks of the Amur, founded on May 31, 1858, by the soldiers of the 13th Siberian Line Battalion. The place, on the high bank, was chosen by the Governor-General of Eastern Siberia - Nikolai Nikolaevich Muravyov. On the territory of the oldest park there is a monument to Count Muravyov-Amursky, depicted on a 5-thousandth banknote. From the viewing platform of the Amur Cliff, a panorama of the Amur and the embankment of Admiral G.I. Nevelsky opens.
