Description:
In Khvalynsk, Saratov region there is an embankment. I must say, on the Volga this is a rare phenomenon - yet the river was primarily a transport highway, and therefore in the old days almost all the towns came to it industrial zones. Embankment Khvalynsk laid on the dam, filled, apparently, with the construction of the Saratov hydroelectric power station. Why not the sea?
