Holy Lake

Our country is rich in delightful clear lakes of the color of the sky. One of these is Lake Saint in Ivanovo. This is actually one of the most transparent lakes of the Ivanovo region. And all because its origin is glacial and it feeds on cold spring keys.

Perhaps that is why the Holy Lake is a favorite place for nature lovers, tourists and fishermen.

Tourists note that at the bottom of the lake gentle river sand, and the shallow depth allows even at a distance of 50 meters from the shore to still keep your head above the water.

In the Lake of the Holy there are 13 species of fish, mainly perch, roach, pike, yarshi. The most successful fishermen can be lucky enough to catch even white Cupid.

In addition, over the lake can be seen the domes and bell towers of the temples of the convent. There are 3 temples on the territory.

You can get to the lake by bus from Ivanovo to the village "Mugreevsky". But the easiest way is by car using a navigator or taxi.
