Description:
Ivanovo region is rich in sights, but the estates are a well-deserved mansion.
One of these estates can be considered “Gold Keys”, which belonged to the famous patron, industrialist and hereditary nobleman Ruzsky.
The estate was built in 1912, in pre-revolutionary Russia. The architect of the park estate was V. D. Adamovich. For two years, by the end of 1914, the estate was completely built on the banks of the Volga.
During the war the house was used as a hospital. After the war, a chemical plant was located on the estate. In 1978, it became impossible to use the premises due to its emergency condition, so the estate was transferred to private hands.
Now "Cold Keys" is owned by an entrepreneur from Ivanovo A. A. Shirokov.
