Dyatlov Pass
Description:
The northern Urals has a harsh silent beauty. It is defined by its geography and cut off by impenetrable forests, complex logistics and wayward climate.
Here stretch pristine forests, dotted with untouched lakes, rivers and endless mountain tundra. Here, the number of animals significantly exceeds the number of people.
You will go to the wilderness of the Sverdlovsk region, strictly to the North! Ivdel is the northernmost city of the region. Then there's a couple of villages. There was a gulag there and a forest felled. A little further, the real wilds. Once the machine drops the group and moves back, you completely disconnect from civilization. You may not even see other people on the route, except your comrades.
The thread of the campaign: the city of Ivdel - the village of Vizhay - the Mansi village of Ushma - the Auspia River - the pass of the Dyatlov group - Mount Kholatchakhl (1096m) - the Poritaytsori tract with a cascade of waterfalls - Mount Otorten (1234m) and Lake Lunthusaptur
