Full name - Municipal budget institution "Kiyasov District Museum of Krivonogov Peter Alexandrovich".
The Museum of Honored Artist, Laureate of the State Prize of the RSFSR, winner of the Grekov Gold Medal, author of the painting “Victory”, battle painter Peter Alexandrovich Krivonogov is the only one in Russia. The museum opened on August 8, 1997. The museum funds 105 works of the artist – paintings, sketches, front drawings made with pencil, coal, watercolor.
The museum is located on the first floor of a two-storey brick building on the central square of the village of Kiyasovo.
In 2010, in the year of the artist's centenary, a scientific and practical conference "Krivonogov P.A. - Chronicler of Victory" was held, in which the artist's wife - Elena Andreevna and daughter Oksana Petrovna took part.
On the museum building there is a memorial plaque with a portrait of the artist.
The museum has 2 employees – director, researcher.
Krivonogov’s works are on permanent display, including 14 restored paintings. Thematic exhibitions are updated monthly in the local history hall.
