The Curonian Spit separates the Baltic Sea and the Curonian Bay. It combines different types of landscape, which form a special climate. Over the oblique there is a way for migratory birds: every season from 1 to 2 million birds fly here a day for wintering and back.
We will go to a shop that sells amber products from rare amber. Such amber is less than 1% found in nature. You will see jewelry made of green, blue, speckled and other amber. These are artworks from the Artists' Union.
The tour can be extended and visit the interesting city of Zelenogradsk. Then I can take you for lunch to the Order of the Crusaders Neselberg, where you will visit the Museum of the medieval Inquisition and look at the amazing architecture of the 14th century and various fun exhibits.
