Curonian Spit: what the sands sing about
Description:
The Curonian Spit is an amazingly fragile world created by sea and wind!
During our journey we will get acquainted with the history of the relationship between nature and man, changing over the centuries.
What we will see: changing landscapes and natural zones, the sea and the bay, bending under the influence of an unknown pine force, open white dunes facing directly to the road of wild animals (very possible, but not guaranteed)
What we learn: how this miracle of nature was formed, what is a “sand catastrophe” and “fashin”, why the spit villages changed their location, how to fix the sand, who lives in the National Park and much more.
What to try: delicious smoked fish, adults - a foamy drink "with a secret" from Lithuania, fish dishes overlooking the sea (or the bay).
For lovers of secluded beaches – a pleasant surprise!
