Napoleon in Prussia (Battle of Preusish-Eylau)

Preysish-Eylau (today it is the city of Bagrationovsk). It was here, in the area of Bagrationovsk, February 7-8, 1807, that one of the bloodiest battles of the early XIX century took place, between the Russian and French armies. Are you familiar with the history of this battle or do you know nothing about it? I'll be surprised! During the tour we will walk through the streets of Bagrationovsk, get acquainted with its main attractions:

Ruins of Preusish-Eylau Castle (1325), Monument in honor of the battle of Preusish-Eylau in 1807 (1856) Museum of the History of Bagrationovsk, including an exposition dedicated to the Napoleonic Wars (former Town Hall of Preusish-Eylau) House No. 19, where the main apartment of Emperor Napoleon was located Church of the Holy Great Martyrs of Faith, Hope and Love and their Mother Sofia (1997) and the Angel Park. The most beautiful temple in the Kaliningrad region. We will see the field where the main fighting of this battle took place. We will be able to assess their scale and try to imagine how it was. For a more complete immersion in the events of those years, in the course of my story, I will show artifacts related to 1807, holding which you will touch history. Just imagine, you will stand on the ground on which you walked: Emperor Napoleon and his famous marshals (Davu, Ney, etc.), Russian Prince Bagration, commander Barclay de Tolly and other famous personalities of the time! Before we plunge into the atmosphere of hostilities, we will visit Vladimirovo (Tarau). We will see the church of Tarau (1350), the Gothic architecture of the Teutonic Order, which is associated with the history of the song "Ankhen of Tarau". You will hear a beautiful love story of the architect for a local girl. Then, if you wish (for an additional fee), you can visit the Museum of History p. Vladimirovo.

As a bonus (if desired) I will show a perfectly preserved bunker, built in 1935-1938, the time of the Third Reich. Duration of the tour: 5-6 hours. The cost of the tour: 4500 - 5400 rubles. The cost of each additional hour of the guide (if desired) - 900 rubles.
