Blue lakes

Blue lakes in Kaliningrad, located in the southwest of the city, were formed as a result of the flooding of sand quarries. This is a group consisting of four beautiful lakes connected by small ducts and separated by dams.

Blue Lakes is a very picturesque place. There's a village nearby. Local residents, like the citizens, have long chosen this place for recreation. One lake is not suitable for swimming - it is industrial, but in other lakes the water is clean. In shallow water, the water warms up quickly in the sun and these places are great for family holidays with children. In addition, there is a forest around the lakes, which serves as a good shelter in the heat.

Places intended for recreation are well equipped, there is everything you need. Funds are constantly allocated from the budget for the improvement of beaches and recreation areas. Fishing lovers also come to the lakes.

In the near future, the Blue Lakes beach will become an affordable holiday destination for people with disabilities. Local authorities will take care of this.

Near the lakes there is a highway, getting to the lakes is not difficult.
