The laying of the first stone of the future church took place in 1930 at the expense of the Allstadt church community, the unification of the evangelical communities of Koenigsberg and the Prussian government.
The consecration of the church took place in 1933 and only in 1986 the building was transferred to the Orthodox community.
The temple is located on the island of October, General Pavlov Street, 2.
Construction took more than 3 years, from 1930 to 1933 of the last century. The temple is included in the list of cultural heritage of Russia. The temple is built of brick, and at the moment does not need major restoration or repair.
