Monument to Friedrich Schiller
Description:
The monument to the great German poet and playwright Friedrich Schiller is located opposite the Kaliningrad Regional Drama Theatre.
The bronze sculpture was created by sculptor Stanislav Kauer in 1910. At the moment, the object is included in the list of cultural heritage and heritage of our country.
Interestingly, Schiller himself never lived in this city, so the reasons for installing a monument to him are still debated.
