Monument to Duke Albrecht

The monument to Duke Albrecht was erected in the German (then German) city of Königsberg in 1891. He managed to survive the war years, when in 1944-1945 the city was heavily bombed.
It was completely restored in our time, in 2005.
What can we say about the Duke himself? It is known that Duke Albrecht was Grand Master and founder of Königsberg University, was an outstanding and active public figure. He earned great fame among people of science and art, one of the most respected personalities of his era.
