Cinema Central

The center of modern film art of Kaluga is considered the Central cinema. It was opened in January 1935. In 1984, a huge red hall was added, the facade was slightly improved.

The cinema has an exhibition gallery, which constantly hosts exhibitions of artists and photographers, here exhibits works by both professionals and beginners. There are also projects with embassies of different countries, during which there are premieres of world cinema and just creative meetings.

For visitors-film lovers in the cinema is perfectly equipped bar, where you can pass the time before the session cocktails and snacks, in musical accompaniment.
