Kaluga Turbine Plant (KTZ) is a Russian manufacturer of turbine generators, steam turbines, power units and other products for energy and industry. The company is considered one of the largest Russian manufacturers of equipment for this sector.
During its existence, the plant produced more than 3,000 units of power equipment. KTZ products are distinguished by the original turbine design, reliable execution and long service life.
The plant was founded in 1946, and since 2000 it has been part of the Power Machines concern. In 1985, the plant produced a jubilee two-thousandth turbine and began launching 3rd generation turbo plants.
It is also worth saying that KTZ produces equipment for the oil and gas industry. All products manufactured by the plant are sold throughout the country, and also supplied to foreign countries.
