Kirov Street in Kaluga is the central street of the city, where two-way transport and sidewalks for pedestrians are organized. Some people rightly say that Kaluga is one big street of Kirov.
The street is long - it originates at the Peace Square, near the shopping and entertainment complex "XXI century", and stretches for several kilometers to the Victory Square. Walking along the street, you can see a huge variety of shops, boutiques, food tents, shopping centers, museums, cafes and restaurants.
On Kirov Street there is a market where you can buy food, clothes, shoes, furniture and more. There are also several temples, cinemas, banks, a theater and other institutions.
