Una-Koz Ridge
Description:
The Una-Koz Ridge is located in the southwestern part of the Russian Federation. Most of the ridge is located in the Republic of Adygea, and only a small area in neighboring Karachay-Cherkessia. The ridge frames the valley of the White River, the panoramic view of which is impressive and fascinating.
Opening from the tops of the ridge, the picture has long inspired artists, and now attracts hundreds of photographers who come here for unique natural views.
In 2012, the construction of a lift began here, which will facilitate access to local natural beauty.
Several hiking and horse-drawn tourist routes pass through the ridge. These places are also notable for their grottoes and caves. In late autumn, the foliage on the trees acquires a bright yellow-red hue, so autumn is the most favorable time to visit these places.
