Church of the Protection of the Mother of God

The Church of the Intercession of the Mother of God in the city of Kamensk-Ural was built in 1883 at the city cemetery, which was destroyed in the Soviet years.

In this temple, services again began to be held in the 90s of the 20th century, in the same period work began to restore the prayer building. Today, the church has a beautiful iconostasis, ancient and modern icons.

The church is a brick one-chaired temple with a tent bell tower - a rectangular two-light four, which is completed with a small five-headed. This elegant building is a real decoration of the city and an architectural monument of regional significance.
