The monument to Kunavin, opened in honor of the 20th anniversary of the victory over Nazi Germany in 1965, is located in Kamensk-Uralsk, at the intersection of Victory Avenue and Dobrolyubov Street.
The cast-iron sculpture cast at the Sinar Pipe Plant is a figure of the soldier Grigory Pavlovich Kunavin, who died in 1944 during the liberation of the Polish village of Gerasimovichi. His figure is set on a granite pedestal.
